Waveform engine
Comb ×3 keeps only harmonics at multiples of 3 — the period-3 signature of coding regions. Drive saturates, fold reflects peaks inward; both turn any genome wave into new spectra.
Waveform dynamics
Routing — modulators → targets
Neural mode: 3-unit tanh RNN, weights & biases seeded from base composition, local GC injected into unit 1. Chaos: dual logistic maps (r = 3.99 / 3.83) seeded from GC/AT.

Current sound: SND #------ — the parameter-vector hash. Report it (or the snapshot CSV) in methods so a sound is exactly reproducible from any FASTA.

Engines. Direct codings resample a nucleotide window into a 512-sample period: ladder, R/Y, H-bond, EIIP (A .1263 C .1340 G .0806 T .1335), monoisotopic dNMP mass, and Kyte–Doolittle hydropathy of the translated reading frame. Spectral: Voss indicator-series Fourier synthesis; k-mer stop registry. Post-chain: chimera A/B mix → harmonic comb → tanh drive → sine fold → normalise.
Dynamics. Scan playhead with forward / ping-pong / dinucleotide-similarity-jump / GC-gradient patterns; LFO, dual-logistic chaos, and a composition-seeded 3-unit RNN modulate position, blend, tilt and FM index per the routing matrix.
Provenance. Bundled sequences are trimmed excerpts of NCBI accessions NC_012920, NM_000518, NM_000207, U00096, S288C chr I, MN908947, NC_001422, J02459, K03455 and the synthetic T7 φ10 construct. Verify against source databases before publication, or import FASTA.
